Manicures & Pedicures admin_LBB

Our hands and feet are constantly in motion- we often take for granted how much work they actually do for us in a day, and with this comes damage- damage to the nail beds and skin around the nails.

Manicures and pedicure are the perfect treatment for the ultimate way to look after your hands and feet promoting longevity, relaxation and general well-being.

Manicures

“Therapy for the hands”. This classic manicure starts with a warm compress promoting relaxation in tired hands- a treatment that feeds the skin and locks in moisture promoting suppleness and nourishes the skin. A hand exfoliation, cuticle care, nail shaping, a hand massage from elbows to finger tips and then applying polish. Treatment leaves your hands feeling pampered and revitalised!

Pedicures

“Foot Therapy”. This treatment is aimed to rescue tired feet. A warm compress starts the treatment off followed by an exfoliation, a refreshing soak, cuticle care, nail shaping, and a foot massage and then finished off with a polish. Treatment leaves feet feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to go again.

Medi Heel Pedi’s

The developers of Mediheel took the sequence of the traditional pedicure and critically analyzed the steps to see if changing them could result in a better outcome. They looked at each product and benchmarked the pedicure products with the technology that had historically only been reserved for facial treatments. The filing and blading had to go.
The result – a chemical peel that keratolytically removes dead skin cells by breaking up the protein bonds on the heel was developed.

The Mediheel 6 Step Programme includes the following:

Step 1- Mediheel Tonic
Step 2 – Neutraliser
Step 3 – Alpha Hydroxy Acid Exfoliator
Step 4 – Spa Additive
Step 5 – Foot Perfector
Step 6 – Rejuvenating Gold Spritz
